• School Administration Data: Staff profile information, fee collection status, and class schedules managed by school administrators.
• Device & Location Data (Optional): When enabled by parents, live location updates are used exclusively for school bus tracking and campus check-in notifications.

Your data is used strictly for school management and parental notification purposes, including:

• Delivering real-time grade, exam result, and attendance updates to parent accounts.
• Enabling school administrators and teachers to organize classes, grade assessments, and publish report cards.

• Role-Based Access Control: Parents can only access records belonging to their registered children. Teachers and administrators have strict permission-level access defined by the school.
