Account & Data Deletion Request
This official portal allows registered Parents, Teachers, Students, and School Administrators of The Acade to request the permanent deletion of their account credentials and associated personal data.
Submit Deletion Request
Fill out the details associated with your The Acade mobile application account.
Method 1: In-App Deletion
- Open the The Acade app on your mobile device.
- Log in to your active Parent, Student, or Faculty profile.
- Navigate to Settings → Profile Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account & Data.
- Confirm your security verification (OTP / Password).
- Your request will be registered instantly in our system.
Method 2: Direct Email Request
If you have uninstalled the application or cannot access your account, send a deletion request from your registered email address to:

Data Retention & Deletion Policy
Data Permanently Deleted
- User login credentials and password hashes
- Mobile app push notification tokens and device IDs
- Profile photos, parent avatars, and personal bios
- In-app message history and chat attachments
- Daily homework submissions and temporary draft files
Data Retained for School Compliance
- Official academic grade transcripts & report cards
- Fee payment transaction history & tax receipts
- Statutory school attendance logs required by educational boards
- Note: Retained records are anonymized and retained only for the legally mandated period.
